Event Schedule
Boarding begins at 11:30 a.m.
The California Hornblower sets sail at 12:00 p.m.
The cruise runs from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Sponsorship Opportunities
All sponsorships are exclusive and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Except for the Title Sponsorship, sponsorship packages do not include cruise admission. Sponsoring organizations must separately purchase their desired tickets or tables.

Sacramento Holiday Bus Sponsor, Friday Round Trip: $3,500
The Friday transportation sponsor receives:
Naming rights and branding associated with Friday transportation
Six dedicated round-trip bus seats
Logo placement on transportation registration and reminder communications
Branding at the Sacramento departure location
Sponsor recognition aboard the designated bus
The included bus seats provide transportation only and do not include cruise admission.
Saturday Return Bus Sponsor, One Way: $3,000
The Saturday transportation sponsor receives:
Naming rights and branding associated with the Saturday return bus
Six dedicated one-way bus seats from San Francisco to Sacramento
Logo placement on Saturday transportation communications
Sponsor recognition at the San Francisco departure location and aboard the bus
The included bus seats provide transportation only and do not include cruise admission.
Official Hotel Block Sponsor: $3,500
The Hotel Block Sponsor receives:
Exclusive branding on VICA hotel-block announcements and lodging communications
Recognition throughout hotel reservation and reminder materials
Recognition in attendee travel information
One complimentary deluxe-category room upgrade attached to a separately paid room reservation, subject to Hilton availability

Tickets, Seating, and Deck Selection
Tickets are sold individually by seat, not by table.
Tables are arranged in groups of 10, 8, 6, and a limited number of 4-person tables. Organizations purchasing enough seats to fill a complete table will be seated together. Smaller groups will also be seated together whenever possible, subject to table configurations and remaining inventory.

Deck 1: Casual Dining Deck
Deck 1 seats 168 guests and offers a more relaxed dining and networking environment. This level includes buffet and dessert stations and is a strong option for organizations that want to visit, connect, and enjoy the cruise at a slightly quieter pace.
Deck 2: Main Event Deck
Deck 2 seats 200 guests and is the center of the action. This level includes the DJ, dance floor, bar, buffet, and primary event activity. It is ideal for guests who want to be close to the music, dancing, and energy of the party.
Deck 3: Scenic Upper Deck
Deck 3 seats 85 guests and provides a smaller, more intimate setting with beautiful, elevated views and a dedicated bar. This is the premium option for organizations seeking a more exclusive experience.
Additional Event Information
Details about Holiday Bus transportation and reservations at the official host hotel will be sent to guests who request them. Please indicate your needs on the forms provided when purchasing your tickets.

Bus seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please reserve your seat when purchasing your ticket.
VICA has secured three charter-bus transfers between Sacramento and San Francisco:
Friday, December 4: Sacramento to San Francisco, departing Sacramento at 9:00 a.m.
Friday, December 4: San Francisco to Sacramento, departing San Francisco at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 5: One-way return from San Francisco to Sacramento, departing San Francisco at 12:00 p.m.
The Friday evening return is intended for guests who do not plan to stay overnight. The Saturday return provides an option for guests who want to enjoy the evening in San Francisco and stay at the Hilton.
Each bus has a maximum capacity of 55 passengers. Seats are first come, first served. If demand significantly exceeds the initial capacity, VICA may explore adding additional transportation, subject to availability.
When purchasing tickets, please indicate:
Whether you need transportation from Sacramento to San Francisco on Friday morning
Whether you will return Friday evening or Saturday at noon
The total number of bus seats requested
Bus transportation must be reserved separately from cruise admission. There is no additional cost for the bus seats.

VICA has secured a discounted room block at the Hilton San Francisco Financial District for the night of December 4.
The initial block includes 50 guestrooms at:
$129 per room, per night, plus 17.70% occupancy tax
Additional hotel benefits include:
Complimentary guestroom Wi-Fi
Discounted parking at $55 per day, plus tax
Double Hilton Honors Points
A mix of king and double-bedded queen guestrooms
Flexibility to request additional rooms if demand is high, subject to Hilton availability
An additional $25 fee applies for each additional guest in triple- and quad-occupancy rooms.
A direct Hilton reservation link will be provided once room reservations officially open.
When purchasing tickets, please indicate whether you plan to reserve a hotel room and the number of rooms your organization expects to book. This will help us monitor demand and request additional inventory before the initial 50-room block sells out.
