2026 Holiday Boat Cruise Sponsorships

Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsorships are exclusive and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Except for the Title Sponsorship, sponsorship packages do not include cruise admission. Sponsoring organizations must separately purchase their desired tickets or tables during the Gold Member presale.

Title Sponsor: $6,000

The Title Sponsor receives the event’s highest level of visibility and association, including:

• “Black & Gold on the Bay presented by [Company]” naming rights

• Dominant logo placement throughout event marketing and communications

• One reserved table for 10

• First table selection

• The Presidential Suite at the Hilton San Francisco Financial District

• Prominent recognition at registration, check-in, and aboard the vessel

• Opening and closing recognition during the event

• Recognition in post-event communications and photography

This is the only sponsorship package that includes cruise admission.

Sacramento Holiday Bus Sponsor, Friday Round Trip: $3,500

The Friday transportation sponsor receives:

• Naming rights and branding associated with Friday transportation

• Six dedicated round-trip bus seats

• Logo placement on transportation registration and reminder communications

• Branding at the Sacramento departure location

• Sponsor recognition aboard the designated bus

The included bus seats provide transportation only and do not include cruise admission.

Saturday Return Bus Sponsor, One Way: $3,000

The Saturday transportation sponsor receives:

• Naming rights and branding associated with the Saturday return bus

• Six dedicated one-way bus seats from San Francisco to Sacramento

• Logo placement on Saturday transportation communications

• Sponsor recognition at the San Francisco departure location and aboard the bus

The included bus seats provide transportation only and do not include cruise admission.

Official Hotel Block Sponsor: $3,500

The Hotel Block Sponsor receives:

• Exclusive branding on VICA hotel-block announcements and lodging communications

• Recognition throughout hotel reservation and reminder materials

• Recognition in attendee travel information

• One complimentary deluxe-category room upgrade attached to a separately paid room reservation, subject to Hilton availability

The sponsorship does not include a complimentary hotel room or cruise admission.

Ticketing & Check-In Sponsor: $3,500

The Ticketing & Check-In Sponsor receives:

• Branding throughout online ticket registration

• Logo placement on ticket confirmation and reminder communications

• Prominent branding at event check-in

• Recognition as the official sponsor of the guest arrival experience

Official Event Photographer Sponsor: $3,500

The Photographer Sponsor receives:

• Branding associated with official event photography

• Logo placement on the digital event gallery

• Recognition in post-event photo communications

• Tasteful sponsor identification on distributed event photographs and gallery materials

Photo Booth Sponsor: $3,500

The Photo Booth Sponsor receives:

• Branding throughout the photo-booth experience

• Logo placement on approved photo overlays, prints, or digital images

• Prominent signage near the photo booth

• Recognition in event and post-event communications

Official Event Wristband Sponsor: $3,500

The Wristband Sponsor receives:

• Approved logo or company branding on attendee wristbands

• Visibility with every registered guest

• Recognition in event communications and onsite materials

Signature Cocktail Sponsor: $3,000

The Cocktail Sponsor receives:

• A specialty cocktail named for the sponsoring company

• Approved branding on cocktail menus and bar signage

• Recognition in event communications

• Onboard sponsor recognition

Beverages are not included with the sponsorship unless separately arranged.

DJ & Dance Floor Sponsor: $3,000

The DJ & Dance Floor Sponsor receives:

• Branding near the DJ and dance floor

• Recognition during the event program

• Periodic DJ or emcee acknowledgement

• Recognition in event materials and communications

Dessert Experience Sponsor: $3,000

The Dessert Sponsor receives:

• Branding at the dessert station

• Company recognition on applicable menu signage

• Recognition in event communications

• Onboard sponsor acknowledgement

Welcome Appetizer Sponsor: $3,000

The Appetizer Sponsor receives:

• Branding at the appetizer presentation

• Company recognition on applicable menu signage
